built from experience.
not theory.
No fluff. No guesswork.
Just real strategy from someone who’s actually done it.
I help creative entrepreneurs build businesses that actually support their lives.

I’m Malori Maeva, founder of Form Floral and a creative business owner with over a decade of real, hands-on experience.
Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. My grandma ran a dance studio for over 60 years (and it’s still going), my grandfather built a career flipping retail spaces, and my dad owned a commercial construction company for 30 years. I grew up watching what it actually takes to build something sustainable and I’ve carried that into my own business.
Form Floral is now 13 years old with a team of four designers creating large-scale floral work for events and weddings. I’ve built this business from the ground up, and everything I teach comes from lived experience. Not theory, not trends, and definitely not recycled advice.

Let’s get one thing clear: artists shouldn’t have to starve.
I’ve seen too many “experts” selling vague advice with no real backing, just expensive encouragement. That’s not what this is.
Here, we get into the actual workings of your business. Pricing, boundaries, offers, systems—everything that determines whether your business drains you or supports you.
This is honest, one-on-one consulting designed to help you build a business that is structured, profitable, and sustainable, so you can make great work and make a living doing it.

I work best with creative entrepreneurs who are ready to take their business seriously without losing what makes it theirs.
This includes:
People in the ideation phase who want to build a strong, cohesive brand from the start
Business owners with small teams (typically 10 or fewer)
Service-based creatives, especially in the event industry
I’ve worked with florists, photographers, rental companies, restaurants, mobile bars, candle brands, and more. If you’re building something creative and want it to actually work, you’re in the right place.
